1) No. But having done my first two without a class, and my last two with, I'd have to say it's TOTALLY worth it. I'm going again for baby number 5. 2& 3) I took my last one at Sunrise. It was like 6 years ago, though. But the curriculum would probably be the same. They talked both about the epidural AND focused breathing. The breathing technique made such a HUGE difference that I'm taking a Lamaze class this time around, even though I still plan to get an epidural. It just makes it that much easier.
1) I would say yes. 2) I absolutely loved The Bradley Method. Did the lamaze thing with Isabel it was fine but I did the Bradley Method with the first and it was awesome! 3) Neither of my answers will help you but I did the Bradley Method in the home of one of my YW leaders she was an instructor and lamaze I did on base at the hospital.
